Returns

• You may return any product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
• All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.
• If the item is damaged, used, or missing parts, we may be unable to process your return.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after approval.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at mnduniteduk@gmail.com.

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to an incorrect item being sent or the item arriving damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.
• For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
